Hi, I’m Danny.

I live in Stevenage, Hertfordshire with my wife and our two sons and I am a freelance corporate event and press photographer. I worked as a photojournalist for local newspapers for 7 years and have enjoyed seeing my pictures illustrate news stories in local and national papers up and down the country. Working as a photojournalist has seen me adopt a more candid and unobtrusive style which means I have a very natural style to my photography.

I first picked up a 35mm film camera when I was studying photography GCSE at school and spent many hours experimenting in the dark room. Fast forward a few years and the advent of digital photography opened my eyes to a possible career. My passion lies in sports, especially the challenge of shooting live sporting events when there is only a split second to capture the decisive moment and I feel this has primed me to always be on the lookout for special candid moments at every event I work at. I also enjoy creating unique portraits of people on location in their respective environments.

If you would like to view some of my sports pictures then you can here.

“I used Danny to capture our major charity fundraising event recently at the Waldorf Astoria. He was charming & professional from the outset & during the evening I could see that he had an excellent way with the guests.
I have to say that I was even more thrilled with the results, the quality was absolutely superb! I know a thing or two about photography, & I have to say that these were probably the best set of photographs of one of our events that I have ever seen.

I cannot recommend him to you more!”
